Sweet as place, but the indoor restaurant was a bit stuffy and no vibe. The spacious gardens and awesome staff made it heaps enjoyable!

the place had some beauty, I guess, but the food was a complete let down for a so-called luxury hotel. also, I really expected some complimentary water in the room, but no, just stale air. truly sad. I thought I might leave a positive review, but alas, I just couldn’t.

peaceful stay with beautiful surroundings
The gardens offered a serene escape, with vibrant flowers and intricate landscaping. The pools were refreshing, perfect for a quick dip in the warm weather. The staff was attentive and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The mountain view from the terrace added an extra layer of beauty to each morning.
The gym facilities could use some improvements.

Had a blast with friends staying in a comfortable room! Trekking in the foothills of the Atlas was a highlight, along with waterskiing at Lalla Takerkoust lake. The owners are super friendly and accommodating, really making you feel at home. Meals were delicious and paired well with local wines. Airport transfers are easy to arrange and definitely save hassle.
The only downside was that the gym facilities were somewhat disappointing. a bit outdated and small with limited equipment. It could use a makeover to align better with the rest of the hotel's vibe.

Despite its five-star claim, I found the gym facilities to be somewhat lackluster and cramped, lacking updated equipment. Breakfast lacked sweeteners and fresh orange juice despite being a local specialty, which felt like a missed opportunity, and there were no nibbles available during drinks. Minor cosmetic issues, like chipped china, also detracted slightly from the overall experience. Some might appreciate the quieter ambiance, but it felt a bit too solitary for my taste at times.
